This Return Policy Is For Online Purchases Only and DOES NOT Apply to in store purchases at any of our 10 locations. Purchases made in store can be returned for store credit within 30 days of your purchase.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund (minus shipping) or exchange the product for another one.
You can return a product for up to 14 days from the date you purchased it.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within one business day of receiving your return.
Our layaway program is 90 days same as cash. Any amount you put down goes towards the final sale. We do not give cash back on layaway. If you decide you no longer want the item, we will give you store credit for any amount put down towards it. If you receive the item and are not satisfied, it can be returned within 30 days for exchange or store credit.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
